If you do not have space in your house to welcome a guest, you can help organize the different activities that we will offer during these days. We require drivers who can pick up guests from the airport / train station and take them to enjoy the different activities, people to accompany them by foot, o prepare a meal or help the Catalonia OpenDoors team with administrative tasks... EVERYONE can join with ideas, skills and some hours of their time.
How to participate in the first event of Catalonia OpenDoors?
If you live in Girona or its surrounding regions and you would like to collaborate, please fill in the form by March 15.
We gather collaborators by groups of 5, with one person handling the others.
We will send you an email by March 18, in which we will confirm your participation and let you know who your handler is.
To be able to actively collaborate in one or different projects of the Association. Everyone can be helpful if they have the tools to put their professional knowledge and personal aptitudes into practice.

You can sign up to be a volunteer for this project until Sunday, March 15. In the following days, we will send you an e-mail confirming your participation and explaining the next steps .
If you live in Girona or its central municipalities (excluding Ripollés, Cap de Creus and la Cerdanya) and wish to host, you just need to fill out the form that you will find on this web page. Together with the confirmation e-mail, we will explain all the ways that you can collaborateon this project.
We will group all volunteers (those not hosting guests) in teams of 5, and we will assign a team leader with whom you may communicate, to ensure smooth coordination. The team leader will be assigned to you by geographic proximity or by direct acquaintance.
Living among Catalan families, as well as the activities that you participate in, will help you to return to your place of origin with a much clearer, more realistic idea of what Catalonia is, as seen through the citizens of the Girona region.
